Matt Herceg is a Slovak-American film director based in Los Angeles. Drawing on his roots in both Central Europe and the United States, his work blends high-concept premises with grounded, character-driven tension. His stories put ordinary people under extraordinary pressure and watch what they become.
His debut feature thriller Falling Daniel was acquired by JOJ Play, Slovakia's biggest streaming platform, and his short films have screened at festivals across the United States and Europe.
He is currently developing his second feature, set to shoot in the U.S.
